Hypotension is about human blood pressure, normal to high. It can cause you dizziness, light-headedness, or fainting. When your blood pressure falls below normal, your body is under stress and can't deliver enough oxygenated blood to your vital organs. Your heart provides the most important source of this excess supply, but if your blood pressure is low enough then it won't be able to do that. So what happens?
Human blood pressure is about maintaining the right level of pressure in our blood vessels. If the system becomes too tight or loose, high or low pressure results – in hypertension. The system that monitors blood pressure is called the autonomic nervous system or simply the parasympathetic nervous system. This is also called our “rest and digest” control because it causes the body to relax when we're at rest and become alert when we're performing strenuous activity e.g. deep breathing or running uphill on a treadmill.
Hypertension is a medical condition passed from parents to their children which affects about 30% of the population. The name comes from the Greek word for high blood pressure. Hypertension can cause heart disease, kidney damage, and other problems that may lead to death. Hypertension can be preventable by taking medications when needed and drinking alcohol in moderation.
CAUSES OF HYPERTENSION
Hypotension, hypo, is a state in which blood pressure drops too low. In many cases, blood pressure (BP) is maintained at a very low level, too low to support life. The definition of hypotension depends on the cause of the decrease in blood pressure
The human body is made to maintain constant pressure. This is achieved by contraction of muscles in opposite directions and movement of blood through vessels: vasoconstriction. The amount of blood present in the circulation depends on several factors, including the heart's ability to pump blood and the presence of blood pressure-raising hormones such as angiotensin II or adrenalin.
Human blood pressure is the amount of pressure exerted on arterial walls (red blood cells) by the heart to force blood toward the body, called systolic and diastolic. Diastolic, or lower pressure, refers to the resting point between heartbeats: not only during physical activity but also while sleeping or resting. Under normal conditions and mild strain, the heart beats 300 to 300 beats per minute; the maximum rate is 360 beats per minute. Cardiac dystonia occurs when a person has an increased pulse rate known as tachycardia. When it occurs at night, you will be woken up by this sudden irregular beating of your heart. Cardiac arrests are deaths caused by irregular cardiac rhythms (cardiac arrhythmia). A cardiac arrest can occur due to stress or an abnormal pace of heartbeat that can lead to sudden unexpected cardiac arrest in otherwise healthy people.
CONCLUSION tensions can be harmful to anyone, do care for yourself "you are you no one can be yours or can do your work" you have to be strong and be prepared for every upcoming situation, your tension would be reduced if you try to calm yourself down moreover hypertension goes far away.
